MEET THE TEAM
Founder & CEO
Don Williams is a 40 year veteran of collegiate athletics. His tenure has included time spent working with South Carolina, Clemson, Army West Point, Mississippi State as well as in the corporate office of Learfield IMG College.
Don has worked in all phases of college athletics media rights. He was a broadcaster for the Gamecocks, a radio and TV rights negotiator for Paxson Communications, an account executive at Clemson and a General Manager for Army and Mississippi State. While in the corporate office in Plano, Texas, Don oversaw the training of all newly hired General Managers, launching new property acquisitions and hiring interim GM’s to operate schools where vacancies had occurred. During his 4 years at the corporate office, Don visited over 80 Learfield IMG College properties and worked with the staff at each.
Don was a member of the Learfield IMG College Chairman’s Club for his sales efforts, and was the only GM to successfully hit property goal in each of his 16 years on property. In addition to training GMs, Don was successful at mentoring recent college graduates and helping them find entry into the sports marketing business. He placed new hires at Louisville, New Hampshire, Virginia Commonwealth, Arkansas State and in Plano.
Don is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Journalism school, launched a statewide sports talk show in 1984 that is still airing today, and spent five years broadcasting football and basketball nationally for Westwood One. He has also covered the last 39 Masters golf tournaments. He and his wife, Donna, currently reside in Columbia, South Carolina.

Bobby has been a sales executive within the sports industry for over 25 years. The larger part of his career, he has spent representing Power 5 college athletic programs, including the Kentucky Wildcats, Florida Gators, Georgia Bulldogs, Vanderbilt Commodores, UCF Knights and Texas A&M Aggies.
During his tenure as a National Sales Director with Learfield IMG College, Bobby was responsible for selling national and regional partnerships for over 140 college athletic programs - visiting properties, entertaining clients and developing new revenue streams. Prior to his stint with Learfield IMG College, Bobby also held a similar role with a collection of professional organizations, including the St. Louis Cardinals, Atlanta Hawks, and the Alliance of American Football League.
Generating new sources of revenue has been a hallmark of Bobby’s career. He has also made significant contributions to each organization/institution he has worked with. Most notably, establishing naming rights for the UCF Knight’s football stadium, producing a Larry Munson tribute video for the Georgia Bulldogs, and launching the first official athletic website for the Florida Gators.
Bobby is a graduate of Murray State University. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
